摘要

PURPOSE: A thermoelectric element is provided to improve thermoelectric efficiency by laminating PN junction along a heat transfer direction.;CONSTITUTION: A n-type thermoelectric semiconductor(101) and a p-type thermoelectric semiconductor(102) form PN junction. An insulating layer(104) is arranged between the PN junctions for the parallel connection of the PN junctions. A first and A second electrode(105,106) are electrically connected to the n-type and the p-type thermoelectric semiconductor. A heat absorption layer(108) is formed on the upper side of the PN junction. A heat-sink(110) is formed on the lower side of the PN junction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
