PURPOSE: An Al-Ni system alloy wiring material and a device structure thereof are provided to supply an Al-Ni system alloy wiring material which has superior corrosion resistance when a contact hole is formed. CONSTITUTION: An Al-Ni system alloy wiring material and a device structure thereof includes cerium and boron as an Al-Ni system alloy wiring material including nickel in Al. A wiring circuit layer, which is made of an Al system alloy wiring material comprising a gate electrode part(G) on a glass substrate(1) and a cap layer made of Mo or Mo-W alloy are formed in a TFT structure. A gate insulation layer(4) is included on the gate electrode part. The gate insulation layer includes a channel protection layer(6), a cap layer(3), and an electrode wiring circuit layer(2).
