SPECIFIC MARKER GENES FOR DIAGNOSING PREGNANCY-INDUCED HYPERTENSION AND METHODS FOR ANALYZING GENE EXPRESSION LEVELS RELATED TO PREGNANCY-INDUCED HYPERTENSION USING THE SPECIFIC MARKER GENES
PURPOSE: A marker gene for specifically diagnosing pregnancy-induced hypertension and a method for analyzing pregnancy-induced hypertension-associated gene expression pattern using the same are provided to accurately predict pregnancy-induced hypertension. CONSTITUTION: A marker gene for specifically diagnosing pregnancy-induced hypertension is OXGR1(GenBank Accession No.: NM_080818), GALK2(GenBank Accession No.: NM_002044) or HBG2(GenBank Accession No.: NM_000184) gene. A method for analyzing pregnancy-induced hypertension-associated expression pattern comprises: a step of preparing RNA from a pregnant woman; a step of synthesizing fluorescence-labeled complementary base seqeuce using the RNA; a step of hybridizing oligonucleotide of OXGR1(GenBank Accession No.: NM_080818), GALK2(GenBank Accession No.: NM_002044) or HBG2(GenBank Accession No.: NM_000184) gene; a step of checking the fluorescence intensity by binding between the complementary base sequene and oligonucleotide; and a step of analyzing the difference of expression level with normal group.
