PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a client using portable memory device are provided to issue an electronic token as a portable storage device which a client carries in normal times, thereby client is no need to possess a plurality of mileage cards.;CONSTITUTION: A customer management server(30) generates an electronic token corresponding to a client information. The customer management server stores the electronic token with a first key after encoding the electronic token. The customer management server transmits the encoded electronic token to an information processing terminal(20) with a second key. The information processing terminal transmits the encoded electronic token and the second key to a portable storage device. The portable storage device transmits the electronic token and the second key to the information processing terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
