PURPOSE: A culture medium injection device of a cordyceps militaris culture barrel is provided to reduce the product prices by removing the personnel expense followed by a brown rice insertion process. CONSTITUTION: A culture medium injection device of a cordyceps militaris culture barrel comprises the following: vertical frames(10) installed on four edges of the barrel; horizontal frames(20,20'); a supporting framed fixed in the center of the horizontal frames; shelf frames(40,40') fixed in the center of the vertical frames; a shelf(50) installed in the center of the shelf frames; a brown rice storage hopper(60); a brown rice discharging pipe(60'); a first sliding plate inserting the brown rice to the brown rice discharging pipe; a second sliding plate; first and second air cylinders; and an air supplier including a foot switch(91) supplying air to the air cylinders.
