PURPOSE: A buyer-based internet e-commerce system and a method thereof are provided to register a goods which a buyer will buy, thereby not only products but also various goods can be sold and purchased.;CONSTITUTION: A buyer terminal(111-1) provides goods purchase information about goods which will be purchased. A seller terminal searches goods purchase information about a goods for providing. The seller terminal connects to the buyer terminal and writes a purchase contract. A contract server(113) registers the goods purchase information. The contract server provides the goods purchase information to the seller terminal. The contract server interconnects the buyer terminal and the seller terminal. The contract server determines contract confirmation about the goods.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
