PURPOSE: A method for producing formed metal having a near-net shape is provided to increase mechanical strength and impact absorbing performance and to reduce additional processes by manufacturing parts using a foam metal of near - net shape.;CONSTITUTION: A thickening agent is added after melting the metal for foaming in the melting furnace(S100). A foaming agent is added in the thickened molten metal and is made uniformly producing bubbles(S200). The preheated mold of the near - net shape is inserted into the main type and the foam metal is cooled with foaming(S300).
