PURPOSE: A nano-cooler neck band is provided to enable a user to lower the temperature around neck using nano-cell material absorbing and storing the heat energy while covering the neck region.;CONSTITUTION: A nano-cooler neck band includes: a band(100) which is closely adhered to neck region; a cooler pack(200) which is filled with thermal energy storage nano-cell materials making a user feel cool by absorbing the body heat to lower the body temperature in the state that the cooler pack contacts the neck region; and a removable member which is attached in order to attach/detach the cooler pack on/from the inner surface of the band.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
