PURPOSE: An interest rates credit card bury processing method and a system thereof for deciding reasonable member shop commission according to a market situation such as interest rate change are provided to block irrational member store charge by determining a negotiating bank through a service company.;CONSTITUTION: A fund-raising interest rate information updating unit(410) updates changed supply for funds interest rate. A commission DB(430) stores information about the changed supply for funds interest rate and the information about the member store charge calculated based on the charge payment date. A commission operating unit(422) updates the commission data base based on the updated supply for funds interest rate.
