PURPOSE: A component providing system based on a smart pallet and a method thereof are provided to grasp a sequential state of loaded components through the smart pallet in real time, thereby realizing component sequential management without the limit of place.;CONSTITUTION: A component management server(31) receives component sequential information from a product management server(12) of a product finishing company(1). According to the component sequential information, the component management server controls the loading, stock and output management of each smart pallet(35). The smart pallet transmits smart pallet information to the component management server. If a component is loaded, the smart pallet checks component sequential variety.
