PURPOSE: A real time educating system using an international call with a native speaker and a method thereof are provided to transmit a subject to a student in advance using conversation information saved in a database, thereby enabling the student to have abundant conversation during a call.;CONSTITUTION: A telephone exchange(120) is electrically connected to student telephone terminals(112). An education management system(200) comprises the following units. A database stores conversation information. A telephone assigning server(220) matches the students with native speakers according to each group by comparing student personal information and native speaker personal information.
