PURPOSE: A method for managing a project budget is provided to analyze a cost structure depending on each project type and minimize a distortion of progress rate depending on excess or deficiency.;CONSTITUTION: Types for the project items included in a project are determined(S10), and the budget rates for each project item is determined according to the types of the determined projects(S20). Based on the determined budget rates, the cost performance of the project is calculated(S30). Among the plural project items, the average of budget ratio of the project items of the identical type inputted in advance is determined as the budget rate of the corresponding project items.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
