POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR FOAM INJECTION MOLDING, CAPABLE OF PROVIDING FOAM HAVING EXCELLENT FLEXURAL STRENGTH AND A FLEXURAL MODULUS, AND THE FOAM WHICH IS MANUFACTURED USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A polypropylene resin composition for foaming injection molding is provided to control foamed cell density by including a propylene-based mixed phase resin having a wide molecular weight distribution, to improve flexural strength and flexural modulus, and to obtain moldability suitable for injection.;CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene resin composition includes 0.1-10 parts by weight of a foaming agent based on 100.0 parts by weight of a propylene-based mixed phase resin having a melt index of 3~50 g/10 minute and a distribution of molecular weight(PI) more than 7. The propylene-based mixed phase resin is polymerized under the presence of a catalyst which is manufactured by reacting a titanium compound with a succinate-based internal electron donor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
