PURPOSE: A sample measurements method using optical coherence tomography system is provided to measure the thickness and refractive index of a sample.;CONSTITUTION: A sample measurements method using optical coherence tomography system comprises: a step of obtaining a plurality of tomographic images expressed a light visibility function along a longitudinal direction of a sample by using the interferometer optic(S100); a step of obtaining a cross-part view tomographic image by using tomographic images(S110); a step of setting the reference surface from cross-portal view tomographic images(S120); a step of obtaining the thickness value of the sample classified by the reference surface(S130); a step of obtaining the refractive index of the sample from the thickness value of the sample.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
