PURPOSE: A ginseng composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make composition having ginseng functions while neutralizing a specific smell of the ginseng by manufacturing the ginseng composition by dipping the ginseng, unpolished rice, corn, jujube or soybeans in loess water.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a ginseng composition includes the following: sorting cultivated raw ginseng by mixing top root 10 ~ 90 weight% and rootlets 90 ~ 10 weight%; dehydrating and washing unpolished rice, corn, jujube or soybeans; cutting a ginseng mixed compound to a length of 3 ~ 5 mm; cutting jujube flesh to a length of 3 ~ 5 mm; mixing the pulverized raw yellow soil 1 ~ 30 weight% and purified water 99 ~ 70 weight% in a mixer for 60 ~ 120 minutes; dehydrating and dipping the processed composition; and pulverizing the dehydrated each component to a particle size of 80 ~ 150 mesh.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
