PURPOSE: A ginger storage method is provided to correctly measure the storing amount or keeping amount of ginger, and to safely keep a large amount of the ginger for a long time while reducing manpower consumed for separating the stored ginger.;CONSTITUTION: A ginger storage method includes the following steps: collecting ginger; sealing the collected ginger in a ginger storage bag; drilling the ginger storage bag to a size of 3 ~ 10 mm; loading the ginger storage bag on a storage part by inclining the ginger storage bag; and maintaining a temperature of the storage part to 10°C ~ 15°C.
