METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING A MULTI-LAYER OPTICAL SENSOR FILM FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY DETECTING AT LEAST TWO OF DISSOLVED OXYGEN, PH AND A TEMPERATURE, CAPABLE OF MAINTAINING WIDE MEASURING RANGE, HIGH PRECISION AND ACCURACY EVEN IN SIMULTANEOUS DETECTION OF TWO OR MORE VARIABLES
PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a multi-layer optical sensor film are provided to monitor two or more variables with one sensor film.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a multi-layer optical sensor film is as follows. A temperature detection sensor layer(30), a dissolved oxygen detection sensor layer(20) and a pH detection sensor layer(10) are formed on a support. CdSeTe fluorescence dye is fixed to the temperature detection sensor layer. Tris ruthenium complex fluorescence dye is fixed to the dissolved oxygen sensor layer. 8-hydroxypyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonic acid trisodium salt fluorescence dye is fixed to the PH detection sensor layer. CdSeTe and 8-hydroxypyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonic acid trisodium salt fluorescence dye consist of 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, phenyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane, and 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate. CdSeTe and 8-hydroxypyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonicacid trisodium salt fluorescence dye fix using selected one or more of silane coupling agent.
