PURPOSE: An aluminum clad steel wire manufacturing device with attaching a hollow guide for controlling temperature gradient and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily form an inter-metal chemical compound layer of 20-30μm thickness by improving a cohesive power between a steel wire and an aluminum.;CONSTITUTION: A hollow guide is composed of an introduction unit(23), a reactive unit and a molding unit(28). A steel wire(19) is transferred to the introduction unit of the hollow guide through a pinch roller. A melting furnace(12) massively dissolves an aluminum. A holding furnace(27) maintains an amount of molten metal(11) in a constant temperature. A presser unit(25) sanctions the fixed pressure to an aluminum molten metal preserved in the holding furnace. A reaction stand(26) coats the molten metal offered from the holding furnace to the steel wire. A drawing unit endures an exhausted aluminum clad steel wire to the forward. The molding unit of the hollow guide is located on the lower part of the holding furnace. The steel wire is horizontally advanced inside the line. The clad steel wire is frozen.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
