PURPOSE: A crop cultivation system using a soil amendment and a crop cultivation method using the same are provided to reduce the amount of harmful chemical fertilizers used and to improve the yield of crops by spraying the soil amendment and magnetized water on crops. CONSTITUTION: A greenhouse(1) includes a plurality of ventilation windows. A grid type installation frame(2) is formed on the top of the greenhouse. A plurality of injection nozzles(31,41) is equipped on a first injection pipe and a second injection pipe. A plurality of far infrared ray lamps(5) is installed on the bottom of the installation frame. An air pollution sensing sensor(14) is installed on the greenhouse. The first injection pipe is connected to a liquid improver storage tank(32). The second injection pipe is connected to a magnetized water manufacturing/storage tank(42).
