PURPOSE: A resource allocation method and a frame structure for direct communication between terminals for supporting P2P mode are provided to perform direct communication between terminals within a call region. CONSTITUTION: A separate P2P zone for peer-to-peer communications is generated within an uplink sub-frame. When the several clusters exist around one base station, the resource allocation between each adjacent cluster follows a TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access) mode. The resource allocation between the terminal within each cluster is an FDMA(Frequency Division Multiple Access) mode or an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) mode. The resource allocation about clusters operates a cluster header terminal.
