PURPOSE: A standard emission vessel for measuring the volatile organic compounds emission and a method for measuring the ability of the volatile organic compound emission are provided to easily control the steam pressure of the liquid volatile organic compound filled in a storage by easily arranging a diffusion stopper at any point of the neck.;CONSTITUTION: A standard emission vessel for measuring the volatile organic compounds emission comprises a main body(110) and a tube(130). The neck(114) for the inflow or the outflow of the volatile organic matter is formed at the main body. The tube comprises a diffusion stopper(132) and a linear diffusion guide portion(134). The circumference surface of the diffusion stopper is inserted closely into the inner surface of the neck of the main body. A first diffusion channel(132-1) of a line type is formed at the central part of the diffusion stopper. The diffusion guide portion is extended from the upper side of the diffusion stopper. The cross section of the diffusion guide portion is smaller than that of the neck of the main body. A second diffusion channel(134-1) of the line type communicated to the first diffusion channel is formed at the central part of the diffusion guide portion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
