PURPOSE: A producing method of an aspartic acid alkyl aspartic acid copolymer is provided to decrease the polymerization temperature by performing a condensation reaction under the presence of a polar solvent without active hydrogen.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an aspartic acid alkyl aspartic acid copolymer comprises the following steps: forming ammonium salt by adding ammonia gas or an ammonia solution to a maleic anhydride and anhydrous alkyl maleic acid mixture; producing a succinimide-alkyl succinimide copolymer by adding a polar solvent without active hydrogen to the mixture, and heating; and cooling the copolymer before neutralizing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
