PURPOSE: A rapid drying spray coating material composition, a manufacturing method thereof, a construction method using thereof, a manufacturing method of a construction interior material using thereof, and a construction method using thereof are provided to maintain a porous structure for improving insulation effect and sound absorption effect. CONSTITUTION: A rapid drying spray coating material composition is manufactured by adding a water purification agent, a thickener, a pH adjusting agent of the thickener, an alcohol solubility acrylic adhesive, a flame retardant, a fungicide, an antiseptic in order into alcohol and water. The rapid drying spray coating material composition contains 2~3 kilograms of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid as the water purification agent, 3~5 kilograms of carbopol as the thickener, 2~3 kilograms of triethanolammine as the pH adjusting agent, 5~15 kilograms of PVP as the adhesive and others for 100~300 kilograms of alcohol and 100~200 kilograms of water as the solvent.
