PURPOSE: An environment-friendly construction method purifying polluted river water using a cutting-edge floodgate system which discharges the river water as much as the amount of flowing down water by forming the full width of a river into one floodgate is provided to naturally purify polluted river water by firstly discharging clean river water.;CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly construction method purifying polluted river water using a cutting-edge floodgate system which discharges the river water as much as the amount of flowing down water by forming the full width of a river into one floodgate is as follows. A floodgate(1) is vertically stood up to support water pressure and weight. A siphon passage is formed on the front surface of the floodgate.
