PURPOSE: A mobile wireless communications device having an I/Q(In-phase/Quadrature phase) power amplification function in order to solve a harmonic interference problem is provided to prevent the deterioration of a TRP(Total Radiated Power).;CONSTITUTION: An I circuit(402) comprises a modulator mixer and a power amplifier circuit. The modulator mixer and the power amplifier circuit amplify and receive the I signal. A Q cycle(404) comprises the modulator mixer and power amplifier circuit. The modulator mixer and the power amplifier circuit receive and amplify the Q signal. A power synthesizer receives and synthesizes the I and Q signals in order to increase antenna matching and TRP.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
