PURPOSE: A composite of CoNiFe ternary series alloy thin film for a magnetic induction type nondestructive sensor is provided to have high saturation magnetic flux density and the small coercive force and to minimize the length of the magnetic core.;CONSTITUTION: A composite of CoNiFe ternary series alloy thin film for a magnetic induction type nondestructive sensor comprises cobalt(Co), nickel(Ni) and iron(Fe). The component rate of cobalt, nickel, and iron is one of 62:10:28 weight%, 65:11:24 weight% or 67:11:22 weight%. The CoNiFe ternary thin film is made with the electroplating method The CoNiFe ternary thin film has the saturation magnetic flux density of 1.9T and coercive force of 0.5Oe. The composition of the cobalt-nickel-iron ternary alloy thin film for the magnetic induction type non-destructive sensor comprises cobalt, nickel and iron on a permalloy Ni80Fe20 layer. The thickness of the Ni80Fe20 layer is 1~3nm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
