PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing environmental pollution used in a waste collective treatment system is provided to deodorize and filter bad smell and dust generated in waste, and to use the heat generated by the apparatus for indoor heating. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing environmental pollution used in a waste collective treatment system includes the following: an exhaust pipe exhausting the air transferred by a blower; a filtering facility(120) filtering dust included in the blown air; an heat-exchanger(130) cooling the air; a deodorization facility(140) deodorizing the cooled air; and a disinfecting facility(150) sterilizing the deodorized air. The heat-exchanger includes an air supply pipe(104). A circulation pipe(107) is located inside the heat-exchanger.
