PURPOSE: A titanium etching composition is provided to manufacture a titanium plate with various patterns useful for various uses by etching a titanium plate.;CONSTITUTION: A titanium etching composition comprises phosphoric acid 10-20 weight%, sulfuric acid 10-20 weight%, chlorine 5-14 weight%, fluoric acid 3-16 weight%, and the remaining amount of water. A titanium plate is manufactured by the steps of: coating a photosensitive film on the surface of a titanium plate; exposing the titaniun plate on which the photosensitive film is coated; developing the titanium plate with a developer; etching the developed titanium plate using the titanium etching composition; releasing the photosensitized film; and washing and drying the titanium plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
