PURPOSE: A crank shaft belt pulley and a processing method thereof are provided to improve the structural strength and to prevent the waste of materials by quickly and easily manufacturing a crank shaft belt pulley with a rolling process.;CONSTITUTION: A processing method of a crank shaft belt pulley comprises the steps for forming a small diameter belt unit(20) by scraping-rolling one side of a disk pulley material(10) in which a shaft combining unit is formed in the center, forming an inner wall of a weight chamber by scraping-rolling the other side of the disk pulley material of the small diameter belt unit, forming the large belt unit by bending-rolling the disk pulley material toward the weight chamber, forming a belt groove in the belt unit, placing the disk pulley material on a fixed processing unit(210) with the small diameter belt unit, and placing the poly material in which the small diameter belt unit is formed on the fixed processing unit in which a belt unit housing groove is formed with the inner wall of the weight chamber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
