摘要

PURPOSE: A bit for a stone cutter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase work speed while reducing the load applied and the generation amount of the fine stone powder on a motor drastically.;CONSTITUTION: A bit for a stone cutter includes a super hardness-metallic layer(10) and a low hardness layer(20). The super hardness-metallic layer and the low hardness layer are laminated alternatively. A plurality of super hardness-metallic layers are prepared. The super hardness-metallic layer is formed by sintering, laminating and compressing the mixed powder. A protrusion part on the super hardness-metallic layers is formed on an edge part contacting with the low hardness layer.
