PURPOSE: A battery relay and starting apparatus of a double exciting structure is provided to prevent the lowering of the battery supply voltage by supplementing the decrement of the exciting coil of the battery relay with an additional exciting coil node in starting a vehicle.;CONSTITUTION: A battery relay and starting apparatus of a double exciting structure is composed of an exciting coil node(21), an additional exciting coil node(23), and a relay node(22). The exciting coil end generates the exciting force during a battery switch(60) keeps "ON" state. The additional exciting coil node generates the exciting force when a starter switch(70) only is "ON" state. The relay node is switched by exciting force generated in the exciting coil node and the additional exciting coil node. The additional exciting coil node has coils capable of generating the exciting force as well as the exciting force decrement generated in the exciting coil node in starting.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
