DETECTING METHOD OF 24S-HYDROXYCHOLESTEROL IN HAIR BY EXTRACTING AND ANALYZING LIVING BODY METABOLITE OF HYDROLYZED HAIR, AND EVALUATION METHOD OF DEMENTIA METABOLIC LABEL USING IT
PURPOSE: A method for detecting 24S-hydroxycholesterol in hair, and a method for evaluating the dementia metabolic label by using the method are provided to distinguish the dementia patient and the normal person.;CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting 24S-hydroxycholesterol in hair comprises the steps of hydrolyzing hair under the basic condition, and extracting the living body metabolite containing 24S-hydroxycholesterol with a copolymeric adsorbent having both lipophilicity and hydrophilicity; and performing the trimethylsilylation of the extract, and measuring the concentration of 24S-hydroxycholesterol in hair by using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
