SIMULTANEOUS REMOVAL METHOD OF NITROUS OXIDE AND NITROGEN MONOXIDE BY USING CARBON MONOXIDE AS REDUCTANT OVER PRECIOUS METAL CATALYSTS IN WHICH PRECIOUS METALS OF PALLADIUM AND RHODIUM ARE SUPPORTED ON MIXED METAL OXIDES
PURPOSE: A simultaneous removal method of nitrous oxide and nitrogen monoxide by using carbon monoxide as a reductant is provided to reduce the nitrous oxide and the nitrogen monoxide at a reaction temperature range of the nitrous oxide and the nitrogen monoxide.;CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous removal method of nitrous oxide and nitrogen monoxide by using carbon monoxide as a reductant includes a step for reducing the nitrous oxide and the nitrogen monoxide by using carbon monoxide as a reductant to increase an application process range of the nitrous oxide and the nitrogen monoxide. The temperature of the reactant supplied is 200 C - 500 C. The mixed metal oxides include one or more among aluminum, zirconium, barium, and cerium. The palladium and rhodium are added in the mixed metal oxides. The simultaneous removal method further includes a step for supplying the carbon monoxide reductant having the concentration over 2 ~ 20 times than the supplying concentration of the nitrous oxide and the nitrogen monoxide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
