An inner support pile (2) for supporting a sinking well structure (4) is composed of several pile sections (21) which are arranged detachably. When the sinking well structure (4) is sunk, the position of a jack (3) provided on the top of the inner support pile (2) is changed by continuously and by human labor unloading pile sections (21) of the inner support pile (2), thus enabling the sinking well structure (4) to be sunk controllably. Compared with the technical solution of cutting by human labor an inner support pile to sink a sinking well structure, the solution using the present pile can reduce intensity of labor, accelerate construction, recycle pile sections and reduce resource consumption.
