Provided is a dental implant which requires only a simple improvement to an existing abutment and can achieve an effect of reliably preventing looseness by performing a simple operation.A dental implant comprising a fixture (1), an abutment (2), and an abutment screw (3) for attaching the abutment to the fixture is configured to comprise a first locking portion (33) which is formed in at least part of a head portion (32) of the abutment screw, and a seat hole which is formed in the abutment and has a depth at which the head portion of the abutment screw is deeply inserted, and in at least part of which a second locking portion (22) is formed, wherein the abutment screw (3) is prevented from being loosened by filling a filler (4, 5) between the first locking portion (33) and the second locking portion (22) in the seat hole.
