The present invention relates to a method for selecting an optimum heavy metal adsorption condition for gram positive bacteria using quantitative ion character-activity relationship (QICAR) modeling, and an adsorption method using the same. The method of the present invention selects optimum conditions and optimum adsorbents for each heavy metal, by checking the maximum biosorption capacity (qmax) for heavy metals in terms of pH, contact time, and contact temperature, when the gram positive bacteria such as Bacillus, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, or the like are used as biosorbents using QICAR modeling. During the process, the strain Staphylococcus saprophyticus BMSZ711 (Deposit No.: KCTC 11407BP) and thermally inactive biomass, which are effective in toxic metal adsorption, are checked and provided as effective toxic metal adsorbents.
