Provided is a body movement measuring device (1) enabling detection of body-movement balance even if a pressure sensor is not installed.The body movement measuring device (1) is equipped with an acceleration detecting unit (12) for detecting a change in acceleration due to walking, a computing unit (14) for detecting walking balance from an acceleration signal detected by the acceleration detecting unit (12), and a displaying unit (13) for making output according to the detected walking balance. The computing unit (14) executes steps S8, S12 of recognizing walking step units from the acceleration signal and acquiring PPodd, PPeven, Todd, and Teven which are information by leg and steps S9, S13, S16 of detecting the walking balance according to the information by leg.
