Intracellular device for the study of intracellular parameters in cells, organs and tissues.; This invention relates to the design and manufacture of a device sensor micronano small (in the micrometer range, 06.10 meters nanometer, 10-9 m), which is insertable through known process, in isolated cells or tissues living to allow study and external action in biological, biochemical and biophysical processes that take place inside. Using this new technique involves beforehand without alternative, destruction, or at least, the alteration of the cell. Manufacturing techniques used are taken from the current microelectronics.
