Multistory car park has high-raise building for car parking, trolleys for placement of cars there and mechanical means for displacement of trolleys in vertical and in horizontal directions. Building for car parking has more than one entry and each entry for operative servicing has its lift, with mounted trolley for loading cars to inside of building for parking, in levels, and unloading those from premises for parking. At that in the ceiling of premises for car parking guides are mounted for entry and placement of trolley, in rotary frame of lift drives are installed, for instance toothed wheels that control motion of trolley, its exit from lift and entry to premises for parking and, in opposite direction, by guides of respective constructions, rotary frame of lift has mounted in worm transmission, for instance arranged with possibility of turn of trolley with respect to vertical axis of lift by 360 degrees, and, if needed, with fixation of trolley in each 45 degrees according to sides of premises for parking, the trolley has mounted in construction of arms that are arranged with possibility of displacement at longitudinal guides. To select inter-axial distance for wheels of the car trolley has mounted in construction for provision of cross displacement of arms in guides, for bringing to and taking off from wheels of car. Arms of trolley have supports for provision of guaranteed gap between the car and construction of arms, also arms of the trolley have holders for wheels of the car and drive, for example hydraulic cylinder that is mounted to construction of arms and controls holders for wheels. Trolley has mounted in construction for car lift, this provides guaranteed gap between the floor and wheels of cars, drive, for instance hydraulic cylinder, of car lift controls wedge mechanism. Trolley has rack that is rigidly fixed, this is kinematically connected to toothed wheels of rotary frame of lift, also trolley has mounted in axles at both sides of which rollers are installed, those go into guides of rotary frame of lift and trolley is held on those.
