Device for measurement of methane concentration in mine atmosphere has source of radiation, two measuring cuvettes, two detectors of optical infrared radiation with amplifier, at that detectors with amplifiers are connected to two functional transformers, control block and arithmetical block to output of which indication and registration block is connected. Device additionally is equipped with source of radiation and measuring cuvettes are made open, at that at one side of open measuring cuvettes sources of infrared radiation are installed, and at the other and of the cuvettes at one axis with sources detectors are installed, at that the first input of control block is bi-directionally connected to arithmetical block , the other input of control block is connected to registration and indication block, and the third input of control block is by means of digital communication channel connected to system of air-gas protection of coal mine.
