A method for diagnostics of a level of inflammatory body reaction at children with appendicular peritonitis by the analysis of parameters of the general hemogram. According to the analysis of the general hemogram five parameters are allocated. To select several levels of inflammatory body reactions by claster analysis two equal by intensity inflammatory body reactions are determined. On these parameters the children are divided into two levels of inflammatory body reaction. By means of algorithm based on the discriminantal analysis the factors for each hemogram parameter are calculated. After that the discriminating functions are calculated for determination of belonging of a patient child with appendicular peritonitis to one of the allocated levels.
