The submitted invention relates to a synthesis of a semiconductive photocatalitically active nanocrystalline titanium (IV) oxide in crystal forms anatase and rutile with dialkylamide as precipitation agent, having a narrow spherical particle size distribution in the range between 10 nm and 40 nm, to a procedure of hydrolysis of the titanyl sulphate (TiOSO4) solution, to precipitation of insoluble hydrated titanium dioxide (TiO2*xH2O*ySO3) with dialkylamide as precipitation agent, to pigmentation of precipitated nanoparticles of hydrated titanium dioxide with the water solution of a pigment (ZnFe2O4) with the spinel crystal structure, to sedimentation of precipitated hydrated nanoparticles with addition of the water solution of an anionic polyacrylamide flocculation agent, to high temperature thermal treatment of hydrated titanium dioxide nanoparticles in the air atmosphere, to a technology of two-stage high-energy deagglomeration of thermally treated powders and to the phase of surface treatment with various organic surface active substances which assure stability of nanoparticles in final dispersion systems and decomposition of organic pollutants in various applications on the field of the dye, textile, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, ecology and environmental protection.
