This invention pertains to the field of agriculture, environmental protection and energetic. Object matter of this invention is to provide analysis of biomass fermentation processes in laboratory conditions obtaining quantitative and qualitative indications of fermentative biomass and resulting gas for appreciation of suitability of biomass according to advanced problem (production of good quality and economical feed, providing research of opportunity to use environmentally friendly energy as well as utilization of organic waste-substances etc.) . Laboratory apparatus for controlling biomass fermentation process is made from stainless material and has arrangement of locking lid, manual drop head, press-surface having adherence blades and openings for outlet of fermentation-gases, lid-fastener device having shutting gasket and packing rubber, valves for gas and liquid outlet, gas pressure manometer, electrical thermometer. The simultaneous monitoring different biomass fermentation processes is available by determination of temperature, intensity of gas-collection, and it could be watched dynamical changes of biomass juices amount during experiment-time. Said laboratory apparatus for studying biomass fermentation process could be simply attached to gas-analyzer that fixes percentage of fermentation-gas composition. In order to study fermentation processes of biomass in regime at different temperatures the biomass in fermentation apparatus could be heated.
