The present invention is based on an individual who is / has been offered / earned / bought / gifted / enrolled / extended a service. The service offered / earned / bought / gifted / enrolled / extended is communicated through a Short Messaging Service (SMS) to the mobile phone / device of the individual. On getting the SMS, the individual can / will come / Access to any service operable location to avail this service. The on field application deployed at service operable location will capture these service requests from individual and send it using Internet, SMS, PSTN and GPRS communication protocols to the central server system where the original service SMS originated from. The central server system will verify the on field application, service request with the database residing on it. An application residing on central server system after verification generates a random, unique secure code. This code is sent through / as an SMS (Short Messaging Service) to an individual mobile device / phone who has requested for a service for which his mobile number needs to be verified. The individual who has received this unique secure code passes / transfers / communicates the same to an operator of an on-field application or enters it by self. The operator / individual will enter this unique secure code in to the on-field application and send it to central server system for verification. On-field application connects to the central server system through various protocols, mainly SMS, Internet, PSTN and GPRS.
