This invention is of two monoclonal antibodies that selectively bind to androgen-independent Hormone Refractory Prostate Carcinoma (HRPC) cells. Both antibodies are specific to HRPC cancer cells and do not bind with blood leukocytes of healthy males. They do not react with normal human tissues and are devoid of autoimmune reactivity. They have the ability to activate "complement" present within the body. The combination of the two antibodies causes the lysis of all (near to 100%) Hormone Refractory prostate cancers.
