A method and system for voice based computer mediated asynchronous communication between mobile entities (people/computer system) over shared communication device having voice communication capabilities and subscribed to communication network, are disclosed. The method includes automatically creation of user account for new caller with computer mediated asynchronous communication server, over the connected voice call (102). Further, the method includes multilevel authentication of caller for limited or complete accessibility for targeted communication account with the communication server, over the connected call (103). Further, the method includes checking the device ownership to Access control on usage of calling device for asynchronous computer mediated communications by authenticated asynchronous communication user and device controller to maintain appropriate security and privacy (104). Furthermore, the method includes usage of phone number identity of targeted person and multiple communication channels for asynchronous communication transactions with file attachments over the connected call by the authenticated caller (105).
