The aim of the present invention is an inoculating adjuvant or non-specific immunity stimulating agent for horses containing expression vector in vivo containing nucleotide sequence defined in SEQ ID No. 8 coding horse GM-CSF at conditions allowing expression of equine GM-CSF protein, and also a composition for immunity stimulating at horse, containing afore defined non-specific immunity stimulating agent and veterinary acceptable excipient or carrier, and equine immunogenic composition or vaccine containing above-defined inoculating adjuvant , immunogenic or inoculating preparation against equine pathogen and veterinary acceptable excipient or carrier. The subject of this invention is also a method for preparing an inoculating adjuvant or non-specific immunity stimulating agent for horses including transformation or transfection of a cell in vitro by expression system containing and expressing nucleotide sequence defined in SEQ ID No. 8 and cultivation of the cell at conditions allowing expression of equine protein GM-CSF coded by nucleotide sequence defined in SEQ ID No. 8 as also use of non-specific stimulating agent or inoculating adjuvant for preparation of the composition for immunity stimulation at horse.
