The present invention provides a system for: imaging sensor remotely; processing of the same; and production of decision criteria in a command and control center. The system of the invention is particularly useful for monitoring, control and monitoring of works and environmental supervision of enterprises and human activities.The proposed system is consists of 4 subsystems: subsystem of data collection subsystem, data processing subsystem of the management of; geospatial information and decision support subsystem; and command and control.
