The device has a screw screwed in a head clamp, and a screw head (1) fixed on a small cylindrical hole by a screwing tool, where the small cylindrical hole is formed in an area (2) formed above the screw. A flat shoulder is fixed in a surface of the screw head, and is connected with a back side of the screw head. The screw head is fixed with a gripping head (5) that is designed in square shape. A screw body is loosened with a right tool after fixing the screw head in the small cylindrical hole.
