When the simultaneous equations generated using both the finite element method and the boundary element method are expressed in matrix form, the coefficient matrix is divided into a region 1 where non-zero values are concentrated near the diagonal elements, and a region close to a square. There is a region 2 where non-zero values are concentrated. By performing incomplete Cholesky decomposition on only the values in the vicinity of the diagonal elements for the region 2, the preprocessing time is shortened. In the matrix formed by the synthesis of simultaneous equations based on the finite element method and the boundary element method, the unknowns used in the boundary element method among all unknowns are sorted first, and then the remaining unknowns are sorted.
